1. THIS AGREEMENT will be made valid and binding and the dates secured when Sponsor pays HW a deposit as per the information below, with the balance due on or before completion of the seminar. Until the deposit is received other sponsors may bid for the same dates.

2. COURSE FORMAT: Five half days (preferably Monday through Friday) 8am-12noon; One full day 9am-12noon and 2pm-5pm; One half day (3 hours, morning or afternoon), or 1.5 hours (morning or afternoon).

3. COURSE FEE: The fee for each course format is as follows:
Five Half Day Course - US$1000/person, US$10,000.00 minimum, deposit US$1000.00.
One Day Course - $200.00 per person, $2000.00 minimum, $200.00 deposit.
Half Day Course - $100.00 per person, $1000.00 minimum, deposit $100.00.
Huna Talk - $500.00, deposit full amount.

4. TRAVEL & LODGING EXPENSES: Sponsotr shall be responsible for all travel and lodging expenses for the group.

5. PROMOTION & PRESENTATION COSTS: Sponsor agrees to be responsible for all costs associated with the promotion and advertising of the course, except that Hunaworks will list the event on its online calendar if Sponsor so desires, and will provide appropriate photos and information on request. Hunaworks will also provide classroom space for up to 25 persons, but Sponsor may choose an alternate location at Sponsor's own expense.

6. PRODUCTS: Sponsor and Hunaworks may sell their own products to students during the course.

7. AUDIO/VISUAL AIDS: Hunaworks will provide necessary audio and visual aids during the course.

8. CANCELLATION: If Sponsor cancels the course before 90 days from the course date Hunaworks shall deduct a 10% administrative fee from any deposit and return the remainder. If Sponsor cancels after 90 days from the seminar date all deposits shall be forfeited. If Hunaworks cancels then all monies received from the Sponsor shall be refunded.
