Online credit card orders and payments are made and processed on secure servers. No credit card information is stored on our computers and no credit card information is kept in any form without specific instructions from the cardholder.

REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

Refund policy refers to programs sponsored directly by Aloha International only. If you are not sure whether a particular program falls into this category, please use the contact information above.

Cancellation by the student
Up to 30 days before the program: full refund, less 10% administrative fee.
30 days or less: $250 cancellation fee, balance refunded.
First day of the program (includes Orientation day if any): no refund.
