The Hula Halau of Aloha International, Na Lei Kupua O Kaua'i, led by Alakais Susan Pa'iniu Floyd and Fern Merle-Jones, will present their annual Ho'ike - dance presentation - on February 20th at the Church of the Pacific outside of Princeville, Kauai. Email bless2u@aloha.net for more information.
Alakai Susan Pa'iniu Floyd taught Kino Mana massage to a group of Russian students on the Big Island in January.
Huna Practitioner Lynne Ciccone began a Healing Circle in San Anselmo, California in November.
Alakai Candidate Lahela Hatchett of Australia has been teaching Hawaiian culture, dance, and language to an enthusiastic group of children.
Alakais Earl and Lois Stokes of Big Island had this to share: "Earl worked on our Web Site http://www.stringfigure.com upgrading it so that we could add a blog, podcasts and YouTube Videos. It is a work in progress but we feel that it is important to have a place on the web that can be reached by people from around the world. Living on an island we realize the importance of an extended community beyond our shores.
Lois who jumped into the virtual world of Second Life as the avatar Heinani continues to work on her Rainbow Healing Hale on Holani, the shamanic healing island created by Serge. You must visit it. It is filled with Huna Healing activities and meditations. You can even "Sit on the moon!"

Fellowship member Farmer Eames says,
"My 'I am loved' experiment is going well. I've been focusing on the love
that Aumakua and Ku have for me instead of focusing on the love I receive
from any one person. I'm beginning to feel more able to cope with things
after experiencing more moments of feeling loved.
My expectations are also that others will tend to feel loved themselves when they are around me because from an 'everyone is connected' point of view, my thoughts of 'I' translates to 'I' for them, too. If I think 'I am loved' it will tend to inspire them to think 'I am loved' also. I would like an SL announcement to be made for the 7am SL time prosperity meeting on Monday. My intention is to discuss meeting times, what people want from a meeting that focuses on prosperity, and the potential for an alternate forum to help maintain discussions and focus between meetings."
