HUNA HAPPENINGS updated on the first of January, March, May, July, September and November Huna Happenings is a forum in which you can share your Huna-related activities. Please let us know what you've been up to! Email huna@huna.org Kahu Serge Kahili King has started a blog at http://kahilisblog.blogspot.com where he features questions and answers about Huna and everything imaginable, added to approximately weekly. He also now has twenty-one videos on YouTube teaching various aspects of Huna. In addition, should anyone be interested, he has a presence on Facebook. Alakai Marcus Lindemann reported from Florida: March was a busy month for me, not in terms of paying clients but as far as networking and personal growth were concerned. The last three weekends saw me exhibiting a "Huna Booth" at one Renaissance Fair and two metaphysical expos. At all three venues I had a total of about twelve five-minute Huna healings, usually a combination of piko-piko and from-the-source-to-the-sore breathing combined with some meditative journying to undo some old Ku patterns (I snuck that one in to see how much of the contributing Ku memories could be undone in five minutes). The results were amazing, even to me. One lady in particular was suffering from a horrible fever blister (And if you ever saw it, you would even say it glows...) on her lip. She told me she always gets them in stress situations and that they stick around for about a week or two. This amazing blister specimen had "popped up" just the day before so I told her to monitor the healing process for me and tell me when it ws gone. Well, two hours later, as I was going to get a snow cone, she runs up to me all excited and shows me that her blister, which had previously been a glowing, oozing mess, had receded to nothing more than a slight discoloration on her lip, which was not even raised anymore and had dried up completely. That was a surprise even to me. But the most amazing thing happened a week ago. I had one lady in her late sixties come up with a halway fused spine, severe fibromialga, IBS, and unclassified nervous tremors. She was shaking very badly indeed and basically looked like "ten tons of misery". Five minutes later and her tremors had gone down to about a third of what they had previously been and she was able to stand up straight for the first time in who-knows-how-long. Yet the most amazing part happened an hour later. I had as few stone tikis as the booth as well that I felt had good healing properties. One in particular had tons of olivine in it and just radiated calm and healing. The same lady came back an hour after the session to show me that her tremors had gone down to less than 20% at this point and she was all excited. As we chatted she piked up the various tikis and when she came to the one I REALLY liked, all her tremors went away as she touched it. Suffice to say we were both surprised at that. She put it down again and left. Fifteen minutes later she came back and her 20% tremors had returned. She asked if she could touch the same tiki again, which she did. Then her tremors disappeared again. The tiki would have cost $200 for sale and the lady, even though she wanted to, would have had to dip into her savings to afford him. My 'aumakua told me to gift it to her, even though my financial mind protested. Well, I gave it to her for free and God's blessings. The next week, at the last expo, I saw her again. It was as I was seeing a different person. She was able to not only stand up straight but walk at a quick and fluid pace (she had only been able to painfully shuffle before) and her skin had taken on a healthy glow. She told me that her doctors didn't know where her improvement was coming from but she had been using the tiki as an energy source for source-to-the-sore ever since I gave it to her. I was speechless (A rare occurence for me). Alakai Lynne Volker of Michigan reports: After letting go of all expectations, desires etc and accepting myself and everything else just as it its, some things have started happening. It is the emptying in order to receive process. I had a winter class for the first time in two years at the massage school and it was fantastic. Every one of the students was eager to learn and already understood energy work and loved it. It was a great class. And two friends want to know more about huna and we are going to do it by phone every Sunday for an hour. |
